BIM Specialist Mechanical/Plumbing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Specialist Mechanical / Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Model various mechanical and plumbing trades (MEP) based on project scope and client requirements
• Detect potential conflicts during initial information review and modeling phases
• Ensure high-quality modeling and self-management throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing systems in Revit
• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering; architects with relevant experience may be considered
• Familiarity with BIM add-ins and knowledge of Level Of Detail (LOD) 400 is preferred
