Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
• Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
• Research and resolve complex customer issues while meeting performance goals

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
• Completion of Customer Service training classes is required
• Ability to work full-time, including potential holidays and during peak months
