Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Major to join the Sales & Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business relationships for approximately 85 customers in the Major CSM segment
  • Drive product adoption, provide strategic guidance, and identify risk & expansion indicators
  • Collaborate with Account Executives & Renewal Managers to mitigate churn and grow accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS/Software
  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience managing 50+ customer relationships
  • Proven success in building relationships with senior-level decision makers
  • Experience with consulting and providing strategic guidance related to social media tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
