Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global commercial legal function, aligning legal strategy with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience, with 8+ years focused on commercial contracting and privacy in tech or AI
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and EU commercial and privacy law, including AI regulations
• Extensive experience negotiating enterprise SaaS and privacy-related agreements
• Effective collaboration across departments including product, engineering, and compliance
• Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-moving environment while maintaining legal integrity
