Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II - Consumer Real Estate Secured Lending (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze laws and regulations to improve compliance policies and procedures
• Serve as a liaison during compliance examinations and resolve related issues
• Prepare management reports on compliance reviews and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking
• Extensive Risk and Compliance management experience within the financial services industry
• Expert knowledge of laws and regulations related to banking, especially mortgage originations and servicing
• Understanding of compliance systems and controls for a strong compliance framework
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
