Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Contracts Manager to join their Procurement Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate supplier contracts, focusing on SaaS, IT, and professional services
• Collaborate with the Legal team to address contract issues and improve contract processes
• Provide guidance on contract-related matters to internal stakeholders and facilitate supplier negotiations

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating supplier contracts, particularly in SaaS and professional services
• BA or BS degree; J.D. or CIPP-E/CIPP-US certification is a plus
• Understanding of data privacy issues
• Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
• Experience in navigating complex, decentralized organizations
