Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Division Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, particularly technology-related agreements
• Serve as the primary contact for contract-related legal matters and provide guidance
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure compliance with IP, cybersecurity, and privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 2+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts
• Strong understanding of U.S. contract law and licensing structures
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office suite
