Senior Compensation Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner who will provide strategic compensation guidance and analysis to HR and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise HR Business Partners and leadership on pay decisions, promotions, and salary adjustments
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures
  • Perform data analysis and modeling to support organizational changes and compliance with compensation laws
Required Qualifications
  • Five plus years of direct compensation experience required
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Experience with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs is required
  • Previous consulting experience with HR partners and senior leaders on compensation matters is required
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred; CCP certification a plus
