Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in developing and scaling compensation programs
• Ability to translate vision into executable strategy with an operational mindset
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of equity/stock compensation
• Familiarity with emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven platforms for compensation analytics
