Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues
  • Support performance management processes and coach managers on effective practices
  • Partner with managers to identify talent development needs and implement training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to both Canada and the U.S
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. employment laws and regulations
  • Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and compliance
  • Experience with U.S. benefits and compensation programs
