Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Resolution Specialist (Auto Casualty).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle commercial auto claims primarily via phone
• Handle first and third-party commercial auto claims, including injury and property damage
• Comply with claims organization policies and maintain effective follow-up practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous experience as a Claims Resolution Specialist or equivalent
• Knowledge of commercial auto and garage policies and coverages
• Understanding of tort law and familiarity with medical terms and treatments
• A college degree is strongly desired
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
