Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a business partner to the Coaching & Training leadership team, providing insights for strategy shaping
  • Own key financial forecasts and monitor expenses to ensure budget adherence and margin performance
  • Design and implement operational initiatives to improve performance and drive strategic prioritization


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Operations/Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in financial services, management consulting, or operations strategy
  • Familiarity with data visualization programs (Power BI, Tableau) and experience with large data sets
  • Experience working with C-suite and executive level leadership
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
