Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve transportation processes and customer delivery
• Manage issues related to claims, payments, and delivery with carrier partners and distribution centers
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to monitor transportation KPIs and support carrier onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in transportation
• Experience in the courier industry, small package, LTL, and TL preferred
• Familiarity with preparing and responding to RFPs and RFQs in a transportation context
• Knowledge of automated freight pay and audit processes
