Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator Complaint Appeals Operations - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex appeal scenarios, coordinating responses from multiple business units
  • Research and analyze incoming electronic appeals, ensuring proper routing and identification of trends
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to staff and coordinating efforts across departments
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in reading or researching benefit language in SPDs or COCs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments accurately and efficiently
  • Experience documenting workflows and reengineering efforts
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in Medicare part C Appeals is preferred
