• Support contract execution by adhering to established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage incentive tracking to ensure timely, budget-compliant execution, while maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular reporting updates
• Proactively identify operational issues and partner with stakeholders to implement effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in creating and implementing operations processes, ideally in a technology company or startup
• Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets programs
• Strong ability to multitask and a bias for action
