Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant for a 6-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and key performance indicator reports
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience working in a publicly traded organization
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with fixed asset accounting and capital project tracking
