Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee expense approvals, coding, and maintain T&E and corporate card systems
• Manage billing processes and monthly reconciliations for resellers
• Perform month-end closing activities and maintain accounts receivable records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA qualification preferred
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards
• Experience with NetSuite and expense management; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Proficient in Excel with a focus on process improvement
