A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily accounts receivable tasks and support the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present invoices, post payments, and reconcile accounts
• Conduct collection calls and resolve customer billing issues
• Assist with general accounting tasks and maintain financial security

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Experience with financial software systems such as NetSuite and MS Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and data management tools
• Familiarity with government contracting and proper accounting treatment for transactions
