Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator for the Transportation Team, working remotely in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Process over mileage transportation requests, reimbursements, and caregiver benefits in JIVA
• Handle food and lodging requests related to transportation
• Coordinate with members to identify providers within a 50-mile radius and issue administrative denials for services

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent is required
• Previous experience in healthcare is required
• Experience in health plans, medical, or behavioral health is preferred
• Familiarity with Jiva or EHR/EMR systems is preferred
• Experience with government programs or commercial health plans is preferred
