Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance and resolving issues efficiently

• Follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a customer-service-oriented approach

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, NV)
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• Flexibility in working schedule, including availability on weekends
• Computer literacy with minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and specific hardware requirements
