Required Qualifications

• High School education/GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in Consumer Services/Customer Service, preferably in a call center
• Exemplary attendance and job performance
• Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
