Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Information Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Healthcare professional (Nurse, Doctor, Pharmacist, Dentist, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or medical information
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Argus, LifeSphere, or similar software preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred
