• Document calls and cases accurately and participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience
• Comfort working in a structured, virtual environment
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking across multiple systems
