A company is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Seasonal Colleague.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and respond to Spanish-speaking customers with compassion and professionalism
• Safeguard confidential information and translate complex plan information into understandable terms for customers
• Document call and case notes accurately while participating in team meetings and training

Required Qualifications

• Excellent Spanish language skills and ability to translate effectively between Spanish and English
• Experience in a customer service environment
• High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and in a structured environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
