Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to define business outcomes and success criteria
• Lead requirements refinement sessions and create user stories and solution design documentation
• Develop Salesforce solutions and manage project scope, budget, and timelines

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (7 years in IT systems development)
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration or consulting
• Minimum of 1 current Salesforce certification (Admin, App Builder, or Sales/Service/Community Clouds)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder and low-code features
• Experience with data migrations and business process mapping
