Sales Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve the sales training process in collaboration with management
• Lead monthly training sessions on various sales topics for new hires
• Prepare educational materials and provide online training for offsite employees

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing transportation needs of shippers
• Previous training or coaching experience in the transportation logistics industry preferred
• Fundamental understanding of carrier procurement practices and operational load movement processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office and McLeod System Software preferred
