Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Account Executive, PEO to lead a team focused on driving revenue and maximizing client lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a motivated, results-oriented team of PEO Account Executives
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly quota targets and builds a healthy pipeline

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years as an individual contributor selling PEO solutions
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience in any industry

  • Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and exceeding goals
  • Experienced in building productive cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Customer Success teams
