Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager in the Cruise & Tourism Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with travel agents and agency networks to enhance engagement and sales
• Develop tailored strategies to activate agent accounts and drive revenue growth through partnership approaches
• Oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support pipeline generation and conversion

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the travel, cruise, or tourism industry, preferably in sales or business development
• Deep understanding of the travel agent ecosystem, including retail agents and host agencies
• Proven success in managing and growing large partner portfolios using a relationship-first sales strategy
• Familiarity with cruise line operations and group sales processes
• High proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot Sales Enterprise
