Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Sales Agent- Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle primarily inbound calls and create health insurance packages for customers
• Suggest modifications to existing insurance policies and nurture leads through outbound calls
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and meet department attendance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience required
• Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet sales quotas
• Strong experience in using a PC and navigating software applications
• Coachability and openness to feedback are essential
