Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Sales Manager - DIY, Kohl's, Target for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
• Identify opportunities and create business proposals to maximize sales and profitability
• Manage P&L and provide accurate forecasting and reporting for inventory optimization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the CE/hardlines industry with a focus on revenue and margin targets
• Solid financial acumen related to sales and account-level P&L management
• Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate retailer programs and placements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
