Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive, ePayments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and support
• Develop operational relationships with clients and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer support roles
• 6+ years of experience selling into the financial services industry
• 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering services to clients
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations
