• Support net medical membership growth and account retention through effective management strategies
• Collaborate with Advocacy partners to enhance customer and client experiences
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services and manage client-specific network activities

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years in healthcare/managed care business with relevant product and operational knowledge
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to foster strong working relationships in a matrixed environment
• Must obtain necessary licenses
