Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading SDRs/BDRs in outbound sales (B2B/SaaS/EdTech preferred)
• Experience working with Catholic Schools and/or Catholic Parishes is a plus
• Strong coaching skills to develop representatives into top performers
• Creative approach to prospecting and testing bold outreach strategies
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing metrics and processes
