Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of 6-12 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
• Analyze conversion metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve team effectiveness
• Utilize advanced leadership techniques to help representatives achieve their quotas

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR or SDR team lead
• Solid project management and business development skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com and sales enablement platforms
• SaaS and/or FinTech experience is preferred
• Effective communicator and sales coach
