Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in health technology, benefits consulting, or digital healthcare partnerships
• Demonstrated success in executing complex partnership strategies and achieving sales targets
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts and partner agreements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking platforms
