Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage rooming reservations for various types of bookings
• Liaise with clients and sales teams to ensure accurate reservations
• Prepare and maintain rooming lists while tracking inventory and availability

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate
• Understanding of hotel reservations, particularly group bookings
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites, Salesforce, and sales tools
• Passion for hospitality and building relationships with customers
