Key Responsibilities

• Monitor RPA processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to RPA bots and workflows
• Collaborate with RPA developers to identify and implement improvements to existing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, or Blue Prism
• Familiarity with incident management tools
• Experience in generating and analyzing performance reports
• Ability to maintain documentation for RPA processes
