Salesforce Health Cloud Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and KPIs; map workflows for alignment and best practices
• Manage declarative configuration including data models, flows, and security controls; escalate complex needs to technical teams
• Define integration standards and coordinate with MuleSoft teams for data governance and workflow management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Salesforce Administration, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management workflows is preferred
• Proficiency in SOQL and experience in Developer Console and automation
