Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support its Sales and Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and support Sales team members on HubSpot best practices and workflows
• Maintain data cleanliness and structure within the HubSpot CRM
• Create reports and dashboards to help sales leaders understand performance and pipeline health

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or HubSpot CRM management
• High proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub, including workflows and reporting
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Proven project-management skills
• Experience in a franchised or distributed sales organization is a plus
