Revenue Cycle Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Revenue & Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle for the SurgeryCare product, including invoicing and claims collection
• Independently manage case workload and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
• Serve as the primary billing contact for clients, addressing and resolving billing and payment issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, claims billing/coding, operations, or customer service
• Background in healthcare, digital health, or a related discipline; startup experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like NetSuite, Jira, or Salesforce
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
