Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rev Cycle Process Improvement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analyses and generate reports to support Revenue Cycle departments
• Design workflows and coordinate initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate proactively to identify and resolve challenges within Revenue Cycle operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and process optimization required
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations, healthcare data analysis, or project management required
• LEAN certification and current Epic Certification preferred
