Role Description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for improving Aetna Dental PPO discounts across the country by renegotiating provider fee schedules.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Aetna’s Dental PPO and Medicare products
• Possess strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and Aetna’s market position
• Have claims data analysis knowledge
• Exhibit strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Adept at assessing business impact
• Ability to sell and influence providers to renegotiate fees
• Remote role with telephonic engagement; some travel may be required
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in Sales, Service, Dental Office, and/or payor setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
• Experience in the dental field and knowledge of PPO, DMO, and Medicare networks (preferred)
• 1-3 years financial experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
