Retention Marketing Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze retention marketing campaigns, including segmentation and behavior-based messaging
• Lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to optimize player retention and lifecycle strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in iGaming, iLottery, or Casino industries
• 5 years of experience in Retention or Loyalty Marketing or CRM roles
• At least three years of experience designing and analyzing email marketing campaigns
• Good working knowledge of HTML and experience with ESPs like Bloomreach or Salesforce preferred
