Key Responsibilities

• Lead copywriting for B2C content across various channels to drive program enrollment and member engagement
• Support strategy and execution of lifecycle and growth campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conceptualize and create creative assets for thematic campaigns, webinars, and social content

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of copywriting and content strategy experience in B2C or B2B2C environments
• Ability to work PST time zone hours
• Proven track record in driving customer acquisition through email and direct mail
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
• Experience producing a high volume of marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
