Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Supervisor to manage and motivate retail associates while achieving client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects
• Ensure products are fully stocked, correctly signed, and set to schematics to meet client objectives
• Establish and maintain client relationships while monitoring expenses in line with budget standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
