Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate daily operations of Field Care Coordinators to meet productivity goals
• Provide in-field support, coaching, and training to FCC staff
• Develop team goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in leadership roles or managing projects
• Ability to travel within assigned geography in downstate New York
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Bilingual preferred
