Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Implementation Specialist to manage software implementation projects for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to manage projects and configurations
• Configure software, perform testing, and document results to ensure project readiness
• Track project progress, manage client billing, and troubleshoot configuration issues

Required Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a FinTech SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud-based systems and external client interactions
• Knowledge of software configurations and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Google Suite tools
