Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Clerk to work remotely from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules and reassigns staff to match qualified personnel with current needs
• Communicates with unit-based leadership and staffing colleagues regarding resource needs and colleague reassignment
• Enters scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping information into software and generates reports on resource assignments

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of staff scheduling experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Additional formal clerical and computer training is desirable
• Proficiency in at least one word processing and one spreadsheet software
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
