A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Social Worker to support dialysis patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and interventions for dialysis patients
• Conduct mandatory assessments, screenings, and education for patients
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice
• Must possess and maintain LSW licensure
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licenses, with reimbursement provided
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
