Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Reimbursement Specialist I - Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs CPT coding of provider services and ensures accurate charge information is entered
• Processes charges in a timely manner and communicates with team members regarding department guidelines
• Researches and resolves coding issues related to claim submissions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CPC, CPC-A, or equivalent coding credential required
• Some coding, medical billing, and/or clinical experience preferred
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines including NCDs and LCDs
• Working knowledge of coding, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
